方案成果展示在周五寒冷的早上开始了，我怀着兴奋而又紧张的心情来到了班上，准备展示前的工作。当知道我们在102和101班时，心里难免会有一点伤心，因为我们不能在风雨操场展示，我想可能是我们组是有组员不让老师省心，不过说不定有其他原因呢！去楼下展示之前，老师给了组长们一张纸条，说：“你们要把展示过程中表现好和不好的记下来，特别是老师们的评价！”我想：惨了！我们是纪律最差的小组，肯定老师的评价是良！其他组员都跟我说：“不要记我！”哼，我才不会“笔”下留情呢！

一会儿，方案研究展示正式开始了。开始时，我的心一直都在砰砰地跳着。我们先自我介绍，然后开始讲解自己的资料，还有意义和收获。全体组员都能倒背如流地说出自己的资料并流利回答同学和家长提出的问题。在整个过程中我们都表现的非常出色。当我们要下去时，102班的易老师还夸我们每名组员声音宏亮，并给我们组“优”的好评！我们开心极作文了！我万万没想到，我们竟然得到了“优”的好评。真让我惊讶！

这次方案教学，作为组长的我，有许多烦恼和心得，比如；当组员乱成一锅粥，束手无策的烦恼；画主题网遇到的困惑，召集组员讨论时间的安排，做调查问卷遇到的难题，展板设计等问题，让我感到做组长真不容易。当然两个月方案教学中，我也收获到知识，友谊……也知道了怎么收集资料找重点，再汇报中增强了自信。懂得了怎样和同学去合作，更知道“团结就是力量”的真谛！(文/黄泓玮)
