今天中午就是我的“表演”时间了，我要做的饭是西红柿炒鸡蛋和烤鸡翅。为了能做好这顿饭，我向妈妈请教，知道了这道菜怎么做，我想起妈妈平日做饭威风的样子，我也迫不及待的想露一手。要做西红柿炒鸡蛋，首先就要炒鸡蛋，我先把油倒进锅里，因为我的经验不足，我不小心把水滴进了里面，油锅里的油噼里啪啦溅了出来，我迅速地站到了一边，生怕被油溅到，等到油不溅了，我妈上把打好的鸡蛋放入锅里炒，炒到差不多成一整块是捞出来。接着就是扒西红柿，西红柿的皮很难扒，可是妈妈教了我一个小窍门：用勺子去刮西红柿，这样可以让果肉和皮分离，更加轻松。有了窍门，我很快扒好西红柿，并把西红柿都切成了菱形块。接着就要炒西红柿作文了，我倒好油后马上下西红柿，当西红柿炒出汁后再放鸡蛋，接着放糖和盐再炒一下就出锅了。炒完一道菜后，我已经大汗淋漓，累得不得了，可是想一想家长平时给我们做的一道道菜，我又有什么理由停止呢？下一道烤鸡翅是考验我的菜，我在网上查阅好了腌制鸡翅的材料，然后按照步骤腌好，接着就可以烤了，我把它放入微波炉，先用高火烤了三分钟，又翻过来烤了三分钟，可是因为烤的太热，我只好用毛巾包住盘子端出来。差不多一个多小时，我做的两道菜上桌了妈妈品尝了这些菜，夸我做的不错。可能是因为我做的菜，我也感觉很好吃。
