准备工作做好了，我大干一场。我请妈妈帮我把火开了，在锅里倒入了油，油“噼里啪啦”地冒到了我的手上我哇哇大叫好疼啊！可我顾不上手疼，继续干。我先把鸡蛋液倒入锅中，只见它慢慢的变成块儿，凝固起来。等鸡作文蛋完全好了，我就把它盛到了碗里放在一边。接下来番茄块放入了锅里，把它翻炒几下，炒到更红更软，再把蛋放入锅中，只见蛋和番茄在锅里跳起了芭蕾舞，慢慢的融合在了一起。我偷偷地尝了一口，哎呀！怎么一点味道也没有？哦，我一拍脑袋，恍然大悟，才想起来我没有放调料，于是我急忙放了盐和糖。我静静地站在一旁，看着番茄和鸡蛋慢慢变熟，放一些味精，用锅铲盛了出来，再切一些葱花均匀地撒在上面。
