一天放学回家，我就被我妈妈叫进了跆拳道馆，上了一堂免费的体验课。

我迫不得已地换上了跆拳道服，走进了跆拳道馆，开始上课了。那里有很多教练，一个教练过来对我说：“你是刚来学的，要像他们一样先学扎马步。”过了一会儿，我手脚发软倒在地上了，心想：扎马步看起来简单，做起来难。这时，教练过来压我，我叫了一声：“好疼呀！”教练说：“加油呀！你第一节课刚来作文/就练这么好了，继续加油！”听力教练这句话我忍着痛，坚持着，终于下课了！教练对大家说：“今天刚来的同学都比你们好，你们要加油啊！”听了教练的话，我心里美滋滋的。
