我们队的好多同学都学过，看着他们像小鱼一样，自由的绳里穿梭，我真是羡慕极了，但更多的是紧张。终于轮到我了，我屏住呼吸，闭上眼睛，告诉自己往里冲，不要怕！可我虽然冲进去了，我的“求生欲”却瞬间爆发了，我竟然钻了出去！背后传来了同学们毫无恶意的笑声，我顿时觉得脸上一阵热，十分尴尬。后来，同学们耐心的教我数节奏“1、2、3进！”有人推了我一把，我的恐惧感瞬间消失了！我勇敢地冲到绳子中间，轻轻一跳，绕了一个完美的“8”字！我兴奋地蹦了起来，那激动人心的时刻我至今难忘。
