期盼已久的暑假到了，终于可以放松一下愉快地玩、开心地做自己想做的事情啦。可是有一天，看见妈妈在收拾屋子，一边擦汗一边干活，真是辛苦。平时我上学，爸爸妈妈总为我操心，每天按时送，还要按时做饭，让我吃好饭睡好觉，辅导我写作业，家里又添了一个小妹妹，妈妈更辛苦了。

每天到了做饭的时候，我就跟妈妈一起洗菜、摘芹菜叶子、剥葱蒜；妈妈洗衣服了，我就跟妈妈一起揉衣服并清洗干净后晾到衣架上；妈妈打扫卫生时，我就替作文妈妈洗刷抹布，递上毛巾，清扫地上的垃圾，再用拖把拖地；我还会把水池里的碗筷，仔细冲洗，先把洗洁精倒在碗里一点，然后用洗碗布进行认真地清洗，不要让泡沫残留在碗筷上。有时我帮不上妈妈的忙，就会专心照看小妹妹，拿各式各样的玩具，唱呀跳呀逗妹妹开心，有时还给妹妹讲故事呢！
